Change fails when context is lost.
At CMGT, we have spent years inside complex transformations: federal agencies modernizing legacy systems or enterprises rolling out global platforms. What we learned is simple: success hinges on people, timing, and clear communication across moving parts. Which is why we are building a next-generation Organizational Change Management (OCM) platform designed for how work actually gets done today.
So why build AgentDelta?
Because classic OCM tools were not built for the reality of modern work, where decisions happen in Slack and Teams, tickets live in Jira or ServiceNow, assets are spread across SharePoint, shared drives, and Notion, and change is a constant stream. The result is fragmentation, blind spots, and reactive decision-making.
Our stance: AI should make change clearer and stakeholders more confident.
We're designing AgentDelta to be a platform that:
- Pulls signals from the tools teams already use.
- Structures them around OCM fundamentals (stakeholders, initiatives, changes, communications, artifacts).
- Uses AI agents to surface risks, summarize impact, and recommend next-best actions, while keeping people in control.
- Provides intelligence combined with metrics to back decision making and ROI.
We believe the future of OCM looks like this:
- People make the calls.
- AI handles the busywork, including triage, synthesis, and pattern spotting.
- Leaders get a shared operational picture that stays fresh in real time.
AgentDelta exists to reduce friction, increase adoption, and make change stick.
What’s next
Stay tuned for future posts in which we'll unpack the platform, our engineering choices, and real-world business use cases, from federal modernization to municipal engagement and Fortune 500 deployments.
We are opening a limited Beta for change leaders who want an AI-assisted, human-led OCM workflow. Want early access or a private demo? Email our COO at osanders@cmgtfederal.com
